I have been using Trade Sails to manufacture my shade sails for the past 2 years and have their quality of work to be above and beyond the quality of other manufacturers that I have used. They use PTFE thread and reinforce the corners so that there are no future call backs. The corners are manufactured with seat belt buckle strapping around the thimbles and there are several layers of fabric in the corners. The measurements are always within range and they are easy to deal with if problems arise.

Yes. Send posts/heights, spans, fall, and any photos/plan. We’ll produce a practical sail design for fabrication.

What's the warranty?

Fabric warranties vary by product (e.g., 10–15 years UV on many HDPE ranges). Workmanship warranty is included on sewn sails.

Do you offer repairs/re-cuts?

Yes. We handle re-stitching, panel repairs, re-cut/resize (where viable), and hardware replacement to extend sail life.
